So here's how it works..

First contact us at onlinesales@youngghostsclothing.com to let us know what is going on. As long as you meet our return policy below, you may ship back items you didn't like. You will have to pay for the return postage back to us. Once we receive your return, you will get store credit for the value of the returned merchandise (no shipping refunds) or your item can be exchanged for different items. Keep in mind that if you plan on using the credit to buy something else, additional shipping charges may apply.

All returns MUST be made within 30 days from the ship date. If an item is damaged or defective when you receive it, you may return it for the same item.

If you are not happy with a clothing item because it doesn't fit, you may return it as long as it has not been washed or worn and is in resellable condition. You will receive store credit towards other items (less shipping). All items must still have all the tags attached


Q: What is Young Ghosts Clothing's Return Policy?

A: Young Ghosts Clothing accepts the return of products for up to 30 days after purchase. Returns are refunded in store credit. Shipping is nonrefundable. All sales are final on undergarments.


Q: What if you shipped me a defective or damaged item?

A: If we made a mistake and shipped you a defective or damaged item, it will cost you nothing to get the correct item. All you have to do is send us a message explaining the problem with your item(s). Send back your item(s) with a receipt of how much you paid for shipping to send the item(s) back provided the package is sent back standard national/international mail. Once we receive the return of the defective item(s) we will replace the item(s) and refund the cost of the return shipping in C.D.N dollars.


Q: How can I return or exchange merchandise ordered from Young Ghosts Clothing?

A: We'll happily accept the return of unworn, unwashed or defective items. When we receive your return we will refund you in store credit. Need a different size? Color? Style? Simply contact us at the following email address onlinesales@youngghostsclothing.com and tell us what you'd like to change/return, then choose one of the following convenient option to make your return:

Returns By Mail: Indicate the items and reason for your return in your original shipment, and enclose it with the item(s) and its original packaging (when possible). Make sure your packaging is safe and waterproof. Packages must be shipped pre-paid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. We will handle as soon as we receive it.

Mistake Shipments

Q: You sent me the wrong item(s) or an item(s) is missing! What do I do?

A: If this happend to your order we obviously didn't intend to make this mistake. Please e-mail onlinesales@youngghostsclothing.com with the details of what you did and didn't receive and we'll take care of the problem as quickly as possible.


Q: Do your shipping quotes include customs and order fees from my local government?

A: When shipping international orders, we are not responsible for additional customs and duties your local customs office may charge on your order. We must, by law, state the true value of your order. Please do not ask us to mark your order as a gift or to lie about the value.


Promotions, Coupon Codes and Shipping

Promotions, Coupon Codes - From time to time, we will provide you with a promotional/coupon code for discounts and/or free shipping. Please use only one promotion/coupon per order. If more than one promotion or coupon code is used on an order, we reserve the right to cancel your order without prior notice. All charges will be reversed to the original method of payment less any applicable third party charges for using that method of payment.

International orders - Please ensure the promotional code/coupon code you are using is applicable to your order destination. If you are not sure, just drop us a line at onlinesales@youngghostsclothing.com. If you use a promo/coupon code that does not apply to your order destination region or select a wrong shipping country, we reserved the right to cancel your order without prior notice. All charges will be reversed to the original method of payment less any applicable currency exchange charges or currency differences.
